InnoTech 2017 speaker is Janika Merilo, Deputy Mayor of Dnipro and adviser to the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine

Janika Merilo is Deputy Mayor of Dnipro, adviser to the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine and adviser to the Mayor of Lviv. The expert will make a presentation within “Innovations for business” section.

Topic of the report: “Open Dnipro or How to build high-end e-city”.

Janika Merilo is a member of a team of international reformers in Ukraine.

Experience:

• 20 years in IT sector;

• 12 years in investment sector.

Currently she is:

• evangelist of main e-governance projects in Ukraine;

• founder of outsourcing company, which has such clients as Microsoft and Nokia;

• Deputy Mayor of Dnipro;

• adviser to the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine and to the Mayor of Lviv.

It is thanks to Janika’s efforts, that Lviv and Dnipro became platforms for many large e-governance projects: starting from the first electronic identification of citizens and e-services in MobileID to electronic elections and ID cards.
