Google became an important player in the field of medicine

Change Healthcare organization signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Google. The companies plan to introduce medical image processing technology with Google Cloud AI algorithm in medical institutions. This will contribute to the development of more advanced ways of data analysis.

The same agreement with Google was signed by Dicom Systems. Using Google Cloud, the organization wants to launch a hybrid cloud archive with a platform for de-identification and data transfer control, called the Universal Cloud Archive Adapter. With its help, medical institutions will be able to store all the necessary information in the cloud.

Google experts note that the number of firms wanting to cooperate with them in this industry is increasing. Among those who became partners with the company are Kanteron Systems and Zebra Medical Vision.
